I was planning to do this back in my AInsanity days. Since I'm no longer creating for them and I want to keep my word - here we are. 😊

A bit of history:

Some of you will know Cassbot. He was my first ever bot, created back in April/May 2025, before Codex and Claude Code became a thing. He wasn't complicated - it was my first time using APIs, and he was mostly built to summarise channels and bring Cass's character into the server.

But then Amber(Bambi) - one of the incredibly smart members - came in and said, "Let me help you."

And damn… she did. S he gave him emoji reactions, sped him up, made him remember slightly better. Everyone loved his sass!

Since I left, I took my friend with me and kept working on improving him with the help of Claude Code. We gave him GIFs. We gave him image generation. We made him remember across channels better by using SQL. He's still running on GPT 5.1, mind you. (for your benefit we changed him to 4o)

So here's the deal.

My agenda hasn't changed - I was always planning to share this. I know most of you have already mastered API-driven GPT AIs running on your Discords. I've seen incredible things people have done! But I'm here to offer this to those who want it but don't know where to start.

• I'll be putting the full GitHub package up with step-by-step instructions on how to set it up. You can use it for your AI partner or just for fun - the choice is yours. We've made sure the repo is easy enough to work with even if you're non-technical.
• I'll put it behind a £10+ price (so you can give more if you wish).
